We are located in New Zealand and ship out our products from our home studio. We aim to ship out your orders within a week, shipping to the USA and Europe can take a few extra days. We accept returns on eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items (such as clearance, personalised, or final-sale products) may be non-returnable and will be clearly marked at purchase. Returns must be initiated within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, returned items must be shipped back within 2-3 days. Contact us at [email address] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you’d like an exchange, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
